As SM - MD's office, you will work closely with the founders to develop strategic and tactical road map to drive the growth of the company and improve efficiency of the current operations. Further, you will have the opportunity to effect change by working with leaders across various domains in the organization.

Location: Hyderabad

Roles & responsibilities:

- Work with the founders in developing new business initiatives and to define the strategy and action plan to execute these initiatives

- Translate the action plan to measurable / trackable KPIs for the project leads

- Work with the project leads to prepare MIS on the project progress. Identify emerging critical paths / bottlenecks in resource / capabilities and escalate issues and possible solutions to founders

- Work with founders to identify operational efficiencies that can be unlocked in the current operations and formulate road map to deliver efficiencies

- Translate the road map to unlock efficiencies into measurable KPIs

- Own the execution and act as single point of contact for founders tracking progress across these operational initiatives

- Work with various internal stakeholders to organize business review meetings based on MIS

Prerequisites and skillsets required to apply for this role:

- Experience in a program / project management role

- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data

- Entrepreneurial mindset

- Team player with experience of managing / leading cross functional teams

- Strong communication skills

- MBA from tier - 1 institutions

- Experience in excel modelling, creating ready for delivery power point presentation and drafting management ready documents

- Experience in a project management software would be a plus
