Job Summary:
We are hiring a high-impact Executive Assistant to the Chairman Strategy & Business Operations to work closely with top leadership on strategic planning, business coordination, analytics, and execution governance.
This role goes beyond administrative support and will play a key part in driving leadership priorities, tracking strategic initiatives, and supporting business operations at an enterprise level.
The ideal candidate must be analytically strong, business-savvy, and capable of engaging with senior stakeholders across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Leadership Support:
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the Chairman by supporting key business initiatives, leadership reviews, and strategic programs.
- Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and leadership MIS for Board/Investor/Leadership meetings.
- Track execution of business OKRs, strategic goals, and cross-functional priorities.
Business Operations & Governance:
- Drive inter-departmental coordination between Sales, Delivery, HR, Finance, and Operations.
- Track key business metrics, performance indicators, and operational efficiency metrics.
- Support leadership in decision-making through data analysis and structured reports.
- Assist with process improvement, SOP documentation, and governance frameworks.
Stakeholder & Communication Management:
- Interface with senior leadership, clients, vendors, and partners in a professional and confidential manner.
- Draft business communication, leadership emails, strategic summaries, and investor documentation.
- Represent the Chairman in internal coordination and high-level follow-ups.
Planning & Special Projects:
- Support new business initiatives, market expansion projects, and internal transformation programs.
- Assist in budget tracking, operational planning, and resource planning.
- Handle confidential projects and leadership-driven assignments.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- 3-7 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Business Operations / Strategy / PMO / Leadership Support
- Strong exposure to corporate communication, leadership MIS, dashboards, and strategic reporting
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace
- Excellent business communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Experience supporting CXO / Founder / Chairman / MD level leadership
Preferred Background:
- MBA / PGDM / Business Management preferred
- Exposure to IT/Technology/Startup/Consulting environment is an advantage
- Strong understanding of business finance, operations, and strategic planning
