Sanofi - National Account Manager - Pharmacies - Consumer Business (6-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- To create the best Modern Trade Function in the Pharma industry within the Consumer Healthcare business set-up that delivers on Distribution, Visibility and Sales.
- Achieve budgeted sales targets for the Modern Trade through prudent deployment of resources, review of performance, evaluation of progress and preparing subsequent action plans with a 2-3 year time horizon.
- To provide direction in defining and executing the Sales Strategy for Chain Pharmacies (MT) for Consumer Business and growing market share in line with Sanofi India guidelines and Long-range Business Plans with the objective of achieving annual budgeted growth, sales volumes and Market Shares.
- To ensure business profitability with partnership all Brand teams, Trade marketing, RX team and support functions
Sales Planning & Campaign execution : To plan for sales forecasts, sales mix, set targets, drive alignment and dissemination, plan for resource deployment and track and monitor progress periodically
- Set up, implement and improvise processes for ensuring distribution of target products (Must Stock List) and Visibility objectives and to measure this on ongoing basis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive for timely availability of marketing inputs in order to provide accurate, consistent and relevant messages within and outside the team.

- Regularly interact with trade partners and Consumers in order to develop a healthy work relationship and influence stakeholders towards the organization's point of view.
Qualifications :
- Graduate degree, Post Graduate in Business Administration from Tier I institute with about 6-8 years of experience & relevant experience of handling modern trade, pharmacy chains like Apollo, Wellness forever from OTC Pharmaceuticals / FMCG organizations
