This position is an individual contributor role. Duties & Responsibilities : Vacancy Management : - Ensure to take full responsibility for the recruitment of assigned vacancies, strive for Shortened lead time, improve job person match and reduce recruitment cost per hire. - Provide support to hiring managers / Business HR / Regional HR by proactive communication and strong customer service - Initiates Discussion of job responsibilities and candidate requirements with the Line Manager for each vacancy and deliver the key messages to search firms effectively - Co-ordinate with Line Managers in managing the selection process & feedback on the candidate. - Participate as a selection panel member in the recruitment process. - Understand the impact of business strategy on recruitment plan - Collate pan India Recruitment data, conduct data analysis and provide reports to stakeholders as required - Ensure to bring in quality of hire, monitor performance of new joiners. Project Management & Execution : This person will be assigned to the below recruitment related projects : - Enhance / improve on the internal referral program - Explore effective social media as recruitment channels Process : - Drive the end to end recruitment process on workday, perform all recruitment activities on workday - Add psychometric test(s) as part of the recruitment process for certain job categories / position levels by need analysis and effective measurement Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language : - Proven ability to take job briefs, screen resumes, conduct competency based interviews, provide value added advice about candidate selection, making and negotiating job offers - Hiring experience of employees at a middle and senior level in commercial organisation - Experience of working on digital platforms like linked in, other job portals - Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage complexities - Strong communication and implementation skills - Knowledge of assessment tools and psychometric tests - Language Skill - Fluency in English Qualifications : - Masters degree in Business Administration with HR specialization - Minimum of 8 years of progressive relevant experience in Human Resources with recruitment experience of at least 5 years. - Experience of recruitment in a search firm / RPO / Corporate - Pharmaceutical industry experience would be a good to have, open for other similar industry - Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge - Excellent people skills to liaise both externally and internally - Ability to work under strict deadlines Requirements of the job : - This position requires the incumbent to be available whenever required - This position will suit an individual who is able to operate with discretion and confidentiality about sensitive data. - The role is likely to grow with the size of the organization - The career path for the role can be towards Business HR or in C & B with more experience and breadth of knowledge.
