Female candidates apply Position Title: Manager - Key Accounts, Contract Manufacturing (Asia Pacific) Job overview: - Provide strategic direction to External Manufacturing organisation by managing key CMO's. - Extend transversal support for all the business development projects between affiliates &amp; third parties. Responsibilities: 1. Lead Projects related to export flows new product support - Key contact with markets - Implementation of CSL for all suppliers - Lead product repatriation &amp; transfer projects 2. Undertaking: - Business review &amp; communication with CMO - Accountability for follow up with SC on demand planning / deliveries &amp; monitor customer service - Monitor EM fundamentals using +QDCI reporting - Be part of sales &amp; operations planning process 3. Deliverables: - Delivery performance of CMOs - Key risk &amp; concerns &amp; action plan - Communication with CMO along with SC &amp; Quality on key messages &amp; expectations - Implementation of COGS improvement projects with CMO- s - Leading and supporting projects such as new product launches, transfer of products from one CMO to another, cost improvement, etc - Rationalization of CMOs tracking supply chain/ quality/ procurement topics - Keeping in place project management ways of working for the same - Gross margin improvement ( COGS)- Identify the projects &amp; Support to prepare data base and opportunity - Review of the product portfolio and identification of key opportunity - Once finalized follow-up and tracking of the improvement plans and all actions identified(Project Management) 4. Lean Implementation - Identification of key opportunities in product process to cut down time on the processes - Training on Lean basics for team members - Time line finalization and tracking on various project activities (Project Management) Requirements &amp; Qualifications: - Minimum 8 years of experiencein CMO management, BD, Projects, Manufacturing - B. Pharm with post-graduation in management. - Excellent Communication skills, Collaboration skills, Interpersonal skills, Analytical skills, Ability to prioritize and make decisions. Terms of employment:Individual contributor role. 20-25% travel required. Scope involves India &amp; Asia Pacific.
