- To be accountable for providing proactive, continuous, reliable and responsive HR support through sourcing, selection and recruitment process of manpower for the Sales force SSE / MR level for GBUs
- To maintain related manpower databases and provide analysis to key users as per their requirements in a proactive manner to facilitate decision making
- Drive employee engagement programs and provide implementation support for all learning and development initiatives to be conducted in the zone
- Identify people challenges in the zone highlight challenges and partner with other HR teams to find resolutions
- Focus on activities that will promote and enhance employee engagement and retention
- To understand live and communicate Sanofi values to others
- To align with and participate actively in organization led initiatives periodically
- To understand and comply with the organization's Code of Ethics as applicable for the role
- Must have experience in Pharmaceutical Industry. Must have IR experience
- Role based at the regional office .
Qualifications:-
- Post graduate degree in Human Resources or MBA in HR
- A total experience of 8 to 10 years in HR (Generalist or sales)
