Key areas of responsibilities include supporting Country Council and HR Leadership team on succession planning, annual talent cycle, talent development and career growth, advising on high potentials, and shaping the talent approach:

- Support the talent management roadmap for South Asia including India, Nepal & Bangladesh to enable identification and acceleration of HIPO readiness

- Focus on Talent Mobility and related frameworks to support the movement of key talent across organization and also between South Asia and other Asian countries

- Partner with Team HR across South Asia to ensure the integrated performance and talent cycle is well-implemented, communicated, and integrated across the businesses and functions to improve the experience for all relevant stakeholders

- Manage the identification and proactive management of key talent across the organization; work with HR Business Partners and Business Unit/Functional Leaders to identify mission critical roles and high potential employees

Knowledge & Skills

- Capable of robust action planning from strategy, strong execution and facilitation skills

- Comfortable with a fast pace of change, while ensuring continuity of current activities while managing high priority projects through in a fast-paced environment.

- People skills essential, coaching skills a must

- Comfortable with data analytics, preparation of papers/ proposals a must
