Sanofi - HR Business Partner (8-12 yrs)

1. General Organization

- Ensure implementation of Human Resource Policy, HR Systems, procedures, and drive initiatives to generate a positive work environment

- Implement corporate policies and programs. Provide support for policy implementation and institutionalisation.

- Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment.

- Partner with select global support functions and provide HR support at city office.

2. Talent Management & Organizational Development

- Actively drive and participate in Talent Review exercise, guide and support all managers involved in talent review and development planning

- Define the talent strategy with Senior Management and HRBPs and drive commitment to Talent Management outcomes for the business

- Collate all information for the management committee review

- Facilitate dialogue and exchange between the different management lines to ensure coherent talent development plans.

- Promote movement of talent across businesses and functions

- Facilitate Talent Review Meetings, ensuring fairness through questioning and challenging perceptions

- Support internal candidate identification and selection for open positions

- Support site and function heads in handling people issues for enhancing efficiency

- Review and analyze business unit/site data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

3. Employee Engagement

- Actively drive and participate in employee engagement exercises, guide and support volunteers involved in planning and execution.

- Define the engagement plan and propose to HR leadership and Cross Function heads and drive commitment to engagement outcomes for the business

- Collate all information for the management committee review

- Facilitate dialogue and exchange between the different management lines to ensure seamless execution.

4. Recruitment

- Ensure that Sanofi recruitment procedures and principles are applied consistently

- Responsible for Head count Budgeting exercise and review along with Controlling team and communicate changes to recruitment team on timely basis

- Coordinate with recruitment team on open positions and update the progress to business heads

- Prepare and update job descriptions of each position to facilitate executive search at relevant sources

- Coordinate with business heads for timely submission of MRFs, to validate MRFs received from business heads against open positions and in turn with IP and submit to recruitment team on timely basis

5. Documentation and Audit Readiness

- Formulate, introduce and develop system pertaining to HR files/ documentation management

- To carry out any other assignments or projects as per the instruction of the Reporting Manager to meet with the various Audit faced by the organization in the highly regulated business area

6. HSE management in department and on site

- Responsible to support implementation and maintenance of the HSE management system and performance.

- Demonstrate visible commitment to HSE and have the special responsibility to lead by example.

- Animate a strong, proactive culture oriented towards promoting positive behaviours.

- Identify, correct and promptly report unsafe conditions, behaviours, or potentially hazardous situations.
