Job description : Roles and Responsibilities : - Responsible for day to day running of the Plant and meeting the supply schedules. - Inventory planning of raw materials to meet the production plans and co-ordinate with the Purchase Department to maximize efficiencies in procurement of raw materials/ Least cost formulation. - Ensure an appropriate maintenance programme is devised and implemented. - Responsible for formulation of yearly budgeted plans and its achievements. - Responsible for Health & Safety Management systems in the factory, and compliance to all connected legal. - Familiar with working in ERP environment and Management Reporting Systems. - Lead and motivate the factory personnel to achieve performance driven culture. Desired Candidate Profile : - Candidate should have minimum 15 years of relevant experience, out of which at least 5 years in a Managerial cadre. - Candidate should possess good inter personal skills.
