The opportunity :


This new role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the senior management team being formed by the managing director to lead the Sanderson Solutions Group towards its vision under the strategic direction of the board. The Senior Manager (Operations) will have responsibility for the entire Noida Operations function, providing high-level strategic advice to the Operations Director and Managing Director on areas such as business and resource planning, financial sustainability, compliance and best practices, and large-scale strategic process improvement.


The Senior Operations Manager will be required to meet and exceed business objectives, ensuring consistent achievement of all financial and operational KPIs, develop and implement improvements to organisational planning, policies, and operational systems, diversify funding sources to improve business sustainability, and implement a secretariat structure that better equips the organisation to achieve the goals and aspirations of the Strategic Plan.


What youll Be Doing Everyday:


- Provide high level advice to the Director on strategic planning and business opportunities, risk management and continuous quality improvement.


- Shape local operational strategy for the Noida business, whilst aligning with Group Company goals.


- Lead, shape, cost, resource and implement new clients/models into operational efficiency and BAU.


- Responsible for the development of the operational talent pool by optimising the skills of the existing team, in partnership with our internal recruitment team to attract the very best external talent, in line with the agreed framework, succession planning will be in place to ensure key roles are filled and individual talent is recognised.


- To have a well-defined Communication and Engagement model in place to ensure all teams understand the performance of the business how they can influence and impact the performance of the business.


- Responsibility and accountability for the operational performance of functions and to exceed targets of all required metrics.


- Motivate and effectively performance manage and coach the performance of Operations Managers to ensure delivery of overall targets and business plan.


- Undertake the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the Operations Plan to meet the strategic goals and interests of the company.


- Build knowledge of industry best practice in operational systems, processes, and policies to ensure the business are operating a best-in-class service with robust management reporting, information flow and management, business processes and organisational planning.


- Manage financial sustainability and budget of the company and ensure effective reporting of results in conjunction with the Director.


- Measures productivity by analysing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.


- Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and facilities to ensure successful production operations.


- Monitor end-day, end-week, and end-month progress business report.


- Handling any clients complaints and following up to ensure resolution.


- Suggest process improvements and eliminate non-value-added actions.


What you bring to the table :


- Experience of handling business operations in similar industry with evidence of delivering key strategic initiatives and improvements.


- Strong leadership capability, evidenced in well-developed problem solving, analytical and conceptual skills.


- Knowledge of contract management.


- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, offer and onboarding.


- Demonstrated effective organizational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines and manage competing priorities.


- Exceptional written and oral interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships and negotiate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.


- Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.


- Exceptional organizational and time management skills


- Strong problem-solving skills


- Strong knowledge in MS Excel/Sheets and the ability to analyze and report on data.


- Experience using MS Office Suite


- Minimum Associates Degree (bachelors/PG degree preferred)
