- Critical skill set that this profile requires are a strong local network, an ability to interpret market trends wrt to Indian lending market, understanding of financial products for banks & NBFCs, excellent communication and negotiation skills and RBI compliances.

Principal Duties:

- The CEO of the NBFC is delegated the responsibility for all activities including the management, operation and development of the NBFC.

- CEO directly reports to the NBFC's board and is in complete charge of the administration of NBFC.

- Plan, organize, direct and control multiple functions such as strategy/ Business/Credit/ Collections/Operations /Product/Finance/HR/Compliance/IT etc.

- Enhance Product Development based on the market intelligence to develop cost effective and innovative tech-savvy products, towards Identifying customer needs, and initiate action and follow up plan in order to meet customer expectations.

- Plan and lead the entire digital transformation of the organization.

- Design the policy, process and sound internal controls.

- Hiring the key talents and retaining them.

- Responsible for all the compliances and correspondence with RBI.

- Designing lending and risks policies and managing portfolio risk

- Developing lending products and establishing digital lending solutions.

- Assess market conditions, define, recommend, implement and monitor personal loan business

strategy in order to gain and sustain the company's competitive edge and results.
