Job Description:

1. Responsible for scanning the agricultural commodities sector and supply chain for identifying various risks that are associated with it and its participants/entities and also develop action plans/strategies to counter the risk elements, keeping in mind the cost and benefits of the risk management instruments.

2. The role should be able to identify risks at both front end and back end and develop mitigants for the same as part of the process to control those risks.

3. Must have understanding of operations, credit exposure, insurance etc. Added advantage would be exposure to trading, market linkage and structured trade finance, warehouse receipt finance, export Import and agri inputs etc.

4. Candidate should have work exposure in trade and market linkages or Import/ Export in product risk analysis for our financial products.

Personal skills required : 

1. Must have good analytical skills and good problem solving traits along with good understanding of agri commodity and supply chain risk.

2. The individual must be able to manage team, if required, as well as the supply chain participants and must possess good organization skills. The individual must have basic communication and reading and writing skills.

Qualification and experience :

- Graduation/Post Graduation/Specialization as required along with the relevant risk experience for the profile.

- Experience minimum of 5 years in product risk ( Trade finance, Export Import and so on)
