Role Name: Lead - Internal Audit

Location: Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with board approved policies & SOP's applicable for the respective departments

- Conducting Concurrent audit & completion of the same as per the approved audit plan

- Preparation and submission of audit reports on a timely basis

- Resolution of issues reported in the audit report in coordination with the respective stakeholders

- Conducting branch audits as per Audit Plan.

- Quantitative and Qualitative Verification of agro-commodities.

- Gap detection along with Risk Management & reporting across the Organization.

- Scrutinizing Warehouse as per monthly schedule regarding Operations of PEG, CM, TF warehouses.

- Physical verification of inventory & Analysis of Warehouse documents such as Lease/Franchise Agreement, Warehouse/Stock Insurance, Warehouse, License, WHR Copies, CAD/CDD/CDF/DO/RO Copies, Warehouse Inspection Report and Internal Auditing as per SOP.

- Information analysis and fraud detection in warehouse operations including monitoring of logistics and supply chain analytics.

- Pre-inspection of T.F locations & Monitoring TF operations

- Conduct Stock Audit in Professional WH's & Client Locations, Branch audit & CCPM audits as allocated and scheduled

- by HO within stipulated time as per Audit SOP to maintain laid down standards.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

- Any Degree with relevant experience

Additional Notes :

- Complete understanding of RBI guidelines and other relevant statutory aspects

- Proven experience as Audit manager will be an added advantage.
