Store Manager


About the role:

- Manage the store seven days a week

- Lead a friendly, engaging, ambitious and inclusive store culture by ensuring that the team is involved, valued and recognized for their contribution and that they are regularly invited to share their feedback to improve the store's performance

- Is able to work with a high degree of ambiguity and transform complex last-minute information into a simple, clear and inspiring message ensuring the involvement of the entire team in achieving objectives

- Builds a clear and effective communication strategy to ensure the proper flow of information from headquarters to the store team (merchandising, promotions, launches, priorities.)

- Ensures the HR management of staff. Is able to unravel complex situations (formalization, cropping)

- Organizes regular feedback and performance reviews every week with team

- Communicates the objectives to be achieved and the elements composing the variable plan to his team

Sales & Customer Experience:

- Manage by example, inspire and challenge his team to achieve the objectives by ensuring an exemplary premium service to our customers on a daily basis, through coaching and development.

- Execution of monthly sales targets of the store

- Driving the product & merchandising mix for each zone

- Drive product availability with partner, distributors, and business manager.

- Drive store Retail KPI's (Conversion, UPT, ASP etc)

- Demonstrates excellent product knowledge and keeps abreast of all new training courses developed by the brand. Ensures continuous training with its team.

- Ensures that decisions made are aligned with other channels involving customer service

Retail standards of excellence:

- Leads its team in the application of all retail standards as defined by the brand

- Ensures the right people are in the right place at the right time following an in-depth study of shopping habits and the in-store customer journey

- Works on the composition and organization of his team. Offers the right part-time/full-time balance to ensure good coverage of the sales area at all times to deliver optimal customer service

- Following the rapid growth of the retail network, it is expected that the Store Manager will be able to submit his ideas and observations to the head office/other stores and to assist them if necessary.

- Builds and maintains excellent professional relationships with partners within/outside the company with a view to continuing to develop retail and achieve the results set

- Encourages the sharing and dissemination of best practices within the team and network

- Proactively contacts external service providers to ensure excellent maintenance of execution standards

- Understands how to perfectly execute all emergency procedures and immediately asks for clarification in case of doubt. The safety of our customers and our teams remains our first priority in all circumstances

- Know in detail the content of the operational manual and ensures the proper application of procedures within the team. Contact the managers of each cluster in case of doubt

Store PnL:

- Ensures compliance with allocated budgets

- Improves procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs

- Ensures rigorous tracking and archiving of all expenses made by the store

- Alignment with partner and finance team on all documentation.
