Closely Work with e-Store Biz Team for the following :
- W/h CAPA/ Resource/ Infra Planning: Short Term/ Peak/ Long term.
- D2C Inventory/Fulfilment & Return Management as per Biz Plans
- Customer Complaints/Escalations & Resolution Management.
- Daily Order Tracking & Escalation Management
- Analytical report on New Biz Model [3PD, SES etc.]
Lead Time Tracking :
- Tracking at Each level for Lead Time
- Delivery Order [DO] to Goods Issue [GI]
- Goods Issue [GI] to Handover [Handover to ECOM LSP for last Mile]
- Handover to Delivery [Consumer Delivery]
KPI Management- [Lead Times] :
- Delivery Order [DO] to Goods Issue [GI]
- Goods Issue [GI] to Handover [Handover to ECOM LSP for last Mile]
- Handover to Delivery [Consumer Delivery]
Other Activities :
- Daily Fulfilment & Pending Orders Management
- Evolve Process for Special Delivery - SDD/NDD & Gift Wrapping
- Closely Work with SIEL WH /Region & 3PL for Day to Day Challenges and Solutions
- Periodic Review & Evaluation of WH CAPA
- Packing Material Design & Procurement & Maintain Min. Inventory Level at WH
- Evolve/Review & Fine Tune SOPs & Strengthen D2C WH Operation
- POD Management
- Ensure Timely Closure of the Customer VOC Ticket with Best Solutions
- Ensure/Monitoring & Adherence of Define Policy / Processes in all D2C WH
Skills :
- System Knowledge : SAP, MS Office
- Good Communication and Analytical skill
- E Comm. Wh Operation / Distribution & End to end Supply Chain Skills
- Negotiation & Decision making Skills
