Closely Work with Online Biz Team for the following:
- Delivery Order Cancellation Management
- Pre & Post Delivery Commercial Returns Tracking
- Credit Note Booking/Tracking & Inventory Regularization
Order Cancellation Request [Operation Support]:
- System Support on Pre & Post Manifest Processing
- Reversal Activity of PI/GI
Other Activities:
- Root Cause Analysis & way forward plan of Abnormal Return Cases
- Coordination with Insurance Partner/LMD for Cost Settlement
- Closely Work with SIEL WH /Region & 3PL for Day to Day Challenges and Solutions
- Periodic Review & Evaluation of LMD & Insurance Partner
- Returns Analysis Reports [Daily/weekly/Monthly] with High & Low Light status
- Daily Coordination with LMD Partner on Open Return Sales Order for Timely Closer
- Insurance Claim Settlement Coordination with HO & Region for Bill Submission & Report
