Sr. Manager Retail Management


This position is required to develop Retail roadmaps enabling branches & regions to achieve sales target of the CE business.

- Analyze Channel Trends : Revenue & Profitable growth, Prioritize Channels based on current performance & future potential, Develop Strategic directions for each Channel.

- Channel Optimization & Value Proposition Development. Identify & focus on the highest priority customer segments with products & solutions that are bundled and priced for maximum revenue.

- Channel Strategy & Account Segmentation, Account Planning & Mgmt., and Review Channel Mkt Mix, Channel growth & competitions key Channel movements. Develop the right coverage model for each segment, assign responsibilities & design territories to make the best use of resources.

- Retail Execution & Performance Management., Internal investment aligned to defined account segment priorities.

- Accountable for business development projects as well as provide input to business led initiatives in order to achieve agreed business and financial targets.

- Responsible for achievement of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual targets for Sales under the categories of Sell In, Sell Through and Sell Out

- Planning actions and strategies towards increase of market shares, identifying new customer opportunities

- Work across product categories to maximize the market share across price bands

- Ensure close coordination & synergies between National & regional teams to maximize sales

- Competition tracking to ensure the right interventions in the market

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

(A) Business KPI :

- Retail Selling / Sell out target achievement.

- Premium Mix, CS & DC

- Financial capability Assessment

- Investment, - Stock as per norms, - Market Credit norms,

- Retail Qtrly Review (QBM)

- Distribution Roadmap - New Appointment /Replacement & Conversion.

(B) Retail Management :

- RR / MR / DD / Brand Shop catchment mapping, scope of expansion

- Review Performance of Retail Channel & actions

- Channel program implementation

(C) Market Intelligence :

- Meeting competition Distributors

- Competition SWOT analysis

- Identification of prospective partners & build pipeline

- Information on Brand, products, geographies, Potential, Low performing markets
