Samsung - Senior Manager - Loyalty Programs (7-14 yrs)
Key responsibilities to include:
Program Management:
- End-to-end management of the Customer Loyalty Program
- Strive to find innovative solutions on delivering key program KPIs:
- Growing Membership Base
- Improving Enrolment rates across categories
- Growing Repeat Sales by members
- Regular weekly, monthly & adhoc reporting on identified performance metrics
Data Analytics :
- Co-work with program execution partner agency on database analytics
- Develop deep understanding of data structures
- Analyze data and pick relevant data points, cuts etc. to draw meaningful analysis
- Derive sharp insights based on data analytics and recommend way forward
Enhancing Program Experience for the customers:
- Strive towards improving customer journey
- Improve Loyalty website experience
- Disruption management
- VOC management
- Program development initiatives management
Loyalty Campaign Management:
- Liaise with Mobile and CE business teams designing tactical and strategic campaigns
- Devising and evaluating overall as also membership tier-specific campaign ideas
Program Budgeting, Expense Management and Finance Settlement:
- Monthly budgeting, expense management and reporting
- Obtaining necessary system approvals
- Finance settlement
