Samsung - Senior Manager - Logistics Distribution Planning - Online Business

Closely Work with Biz Team(B2B, Import & Accessories) for the following:

- Daily Order Tracking & Escalation Management

- Customer Complaints/Escalations & Resolution Management

- Return management

- Pre & Post Delivery Commercial Returns Tracking

- Sample Management - Issue resolution & system training

- Category stock / Ageing Management: Packing/Ageing all India Warehouses Conversion/ liquidation (Packing Indent, procurement, Supply)

System Development:

- Ensure to develop strong IT system to enhance productivity and proper visibility

- System support to all warehouses for day to day operations

- Alignment with IT team for all new developments

Project Management:

- Identification of new value added projects to ease out operations

- Scope finalization, Necessary approvals, liaising with IT team for development

- UAT , implementation & monitoring progress

- New Ideas, Innovation & Benchmarking

- Six Sigma & project management tool knowledge

Other Activities:

- Daily Fulfilment & Pending Orders Management

- Closely Work with SIEL WH /Region & 3PL for Day to Day Challenges and Solutions

- Periodic Review & Evaluation of WH Infra

- Packing Automation & Optimization

- Design/Review & Fine Tune SOPs & Strengthen WH & transportation Operation

- POD Management

- Close coordination with CS & Sales team for reverse logistics & E waste management

- Root Cause Analysis & way forward plan of Abnormal Return Cases

- Ensure/Monitoring & Adherence of Define Policy / Processes in all WH

- Periodic Review & Evaluation of Vendor performance

- Returns Analysis Reports [Daily/weekly/Monthly] with High & Low Light status

- Managing Internal Audits & Reports e.g. GPPM, HQ, internal & Early warning reports.

Skills:

- System Knowledge: SAP, proficiency in MS Office

- Good Communication and Analytical skill
