- All Sell in for the Partners needs to manage across the location - key responsibility .
- Monthly and yearly Sell in Plan needs to align with partner as per desired counter shares with the account for all product .
- Coordination with Internal Stake holders to understand their location wise concerns and needs to resolve with the account
- Account - Store wise Planogram needs to make and it should get executed across the stores and in all product categories
- Need to make the Model wise Material Plan for Next 8 weeks , and it should put on the system to avoid stock issues
- SO targets to make in consensus with Sell out team and needs to assign to each stores
- Coordination with Sell out team for Category wise sell out and drive Team leader to achieve the set sell out targets
- Coordinating with Commercial teams for the Balance confirmations every month and needs to monitor the Sell in as per Targets deployed for each category
- Coordinating with Marketing team and partners team for all ATL and BTL activities to drive sell out
- Service and Defectives need to coordinate with Service team and needs to see for timely resolution .
