Samsung - Senior Manager - Insurance & Claim

- Responsible for D2C Insurance Policy Management & Claim Processing [All WHs]

Insurance Claim Processing/Settlement:

- Document Preparation Support to WHs for Insurance Claim Processing

- Coordination with Returns Team for Insurance Claim at HO & Region

- Coordination with Insurance Company for Surveyor Deployment/Claim Intimation etc.

Analysis & Countermeasures, Reports:

- Root Cause Analysis of Insurance Claim & Identify Potential Risk & Countermeasures

Analysis & MIS:

- MIS on Product wise, WH wise [Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly & Annually]

- MIS on WH wise & Claim Type wise [Theft / Shortages / Damages etc.]

- Claim Analysis on Pre & post Delivery wise, Route & LMD wise

- Monthly MIS on Insurance Loss Ratio/Abnormal Cases

Other Activities:

- Coordination with 3PL/Transporter & Courier Partner & HO for Claim Processing till Settlement

- Claim Rejection, Timely Recovery of Amount from 3PL / Transporter & Courier Partner

- Timely Claim Settlement and Monthly Reconciliation with Insurance Partner.

Skills:

1. System Knowledge: SAP, MS Office

2. Good Communication and analytical skill

3. Understanding of Insurance Policy & Process preferable Education related Insurance & Finance Management
