As HR Lead for the Business Unit the incumbent is responsible for the below : - Drive Business results by partnering with BU head on people agenda - Manpower Planning and Budgeting - Create high performance culture through Performance and Compensation Review - Focus on building capability of line managers - Partner with L&D team to identify and create opportunities for learning - Potential Assessment, Talent Management and Succession Planning for all crucible roles - Drive high impact OD and OE initiatives for smooth functioning of teams - Drive continuous improvement in people processes - Bench mark and bring in best in class HR practices - Focus on diversity - Role is an individual contributor at this point of time with opportunity to scale into a team management role in future - Position reports to HR Head of Samsung Semiconductor India Research Candidate Profile : - Candidates should have an MBA degree in HR with min 8 years of experience in HRBP roles - Exposure to all gamuts of HR like recruitment, compensation, performance management, Talent Management will be an added advantage - Should be passionate about making an impact in driving key people processes to enable business growth - Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse people - Willingness to learn and drive continuous improvement - Ability to drive large scale programs
