PURPOSE OF POSITION :
The candidate will be the P&L owner for a certain set of categories/ products for Samsung's eStore. He/ She will be responsible for weekly, monthly sell in and sellout targets & driving revenue goals for the identified categories.
The individual will drive new initiatives to increase sell out. Such programs/ initiatives need to be based on a foundation of deep Consumer centricity, strong analytics, sharp planning and story-telling coupled with product/tech understanding for an enhanced Consumer experience
JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
- Think Customer-in, and focus on providing the best experience across platforms
- Benchmark customer journey and experience across e-commerce platforms
- Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior on e-com platforms and identify need gaps
- Drive campaigns/ projects to improve customer experience and make Samsung eStore a platform of choice
- Ownership of Weekly, Monthly, Yearly targets
- Relationship management and plan alignment with the marketplace operator
- Sales forecasting and inventory management
- Maintain optimum stock for all SKU's and Ensure high in-stock % for all SKU- s
- Drive traffic through innovative marketing campaigns in coordination with marketing team
- Drive conversion through effective merchandising on site and relevant sell out platforms
- Closely co-ordinate with cross-functional teams for day to day operations (Product, marketing, Tech, Finance etc)
- Devise attractive monthly sell out schemes to drive conversions and seek internal alignments to execute the same
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Deliver weekly & monthly revenue biz goals (sell-in & sellout)
- Accurate demand planning & forecasting.
- Maintain high in-stock and optimum Days of stock
- Reduce delivery TAT by improving regional utilization
- Gather & report intelligence on competition launches, schemes, offers, marketing, deals etc.
- Help the marketing teams on the deployment of digital assets and other coordination.
