a) Objective :
- Build a Highly Motivated & Performing Field Force for achieving the Organizations Sales Objective
- Plan & Drive Sellout targets for the month
b) Job Description:
- Headcount & Optimal Budget Planning in accordance with the Organization Objectives & Productivity Norms
- Plan promoter targets in line with the sales objectives
- Track progress & identify gaps in performance & interlock with region / product team to bridge the gap
- Plan special drives for strategic models / products
- Plan best compensation policies in accordance with market for a motivated field force
- Plan career growth for the field force for them to remain motivated & give good results(sellout)
- Ensure candidate pool is available at all times for hiring within defined time
- Develop & Monitor Policies, Processes for smooth functioning of the field force
- Ensure availability of assets for a smooth Demo of the Products eg. USB, Dongle, etc.
- Track Competition activities : No of Promoters, Salary/ Incentive revisions, contests etc.
- Drive Automation Projects for repetitive jobs for faster response time
- Excellent Coordination & Field Execution Skills for Faster execution
