Samsung - Manager/Senior Manager - Sales Commercial (3-10 yrs)
PURPOSE OF POSITION
Refunds validation and management
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Management of Samsung estore's refunds within stipulated timelines
- Strategizing and executing projects to ensure quicker settlement of refunds
- Program Manager for high impact projects related to refunds & settlements
- Preparing insightful analysis based on business needs
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Verification of auto refunds processes via GPv2 on a post facto basis
- Identification and verification of al Sales refunds (50/day), Avg ASP- 16K per order
- Ensuring customer refunds are processed within stipulated timelines
- Financial postings and reconciliations
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Relevant work experience of 4-6 years in Financial reconciliations and settlements
- Ecommerce work experience would be a huge plus
- Excellent thought process in terms of real life problem solving
- Strong academic and professional credentials with a proven track record or outstanding achievements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree + CA/CS qualification
