JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
1. Responsible for Gift Coupon Sales business for Enterprise business.
2. Target Achievement as set by management
3. Conceptualize & manage gift coupon policies and processes. Take required approval from department heads as required to implement Prices / offers.
4. Alliance with Gift partners PAN India and drive all B2B & B2B2C opportunities in the market
5. Coordinate with Corporate Sales team and identify gap areas and problems and work on the solution to maximize gift coupon market.
6. Drive Traffic to Category by enabling smart offers and promotion along with Marketing.
7. Create a weekly/monthly presentation on business performance of the channel.
8. Manage Customer support & end-customer escalations for the category.
