PURPOSE OF POSITION:
- Manage and Support commercial payouts/trade schemes & claims settlement for Pan- India Retail, Online & Distribution channel of Consumer Electronics division.
- Partnering with NBFCs/Banks/Online portal offering easy finance affordability options to customers & managing payouts & reconciliation of these partners
- Financial reporting & analysis for CE Div P&L Budget vs Actuals, Variance analysis, MIS reporting etc
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Accurate & timely payouts of Channel schemes, EOL supports, Incentives & Price Protection for channel partners
- Timely processing of Channel Schemes exceptions
- Evaluation of biz spends & support the function in decision making, schemes effectiveness etc through high level MIS/analytics on ongoing basis
- Ensure monthly provisioning of channels spends & closure of books of accounts
- Drive initiatives/projects that help drive productivity/commercial processes
- Review of internal controls to ensure no leakages in controls
- Co-ordination with internal stakeholders (product teams/Branch offices) to ensure zero pendency/reconciliations
- Supporting internal Audits/Compliance requirements
