GST :

- Filing of GSTR Returns ; GSTR-3B, GSTR-1, Annual Returns

- Reconciliation of GSTR-1 & 1A, GSTR-2, 2A & 2B

- Open line items clearing related to GST GLs

- E-Way Bill reconciliation

- GST payment workings

- GST Compliance ; Amendment in GST registration, display of registration certificate etc.

- Issuance of Cross Charge Invoice

- Utilization of Credit distributed through ISD mechanism

- Assist in audit of transitional credit

- Assist in GST annual audit

- Legal drafting related to GST matters

- Appearance in litigation hearing independently as well as along with legal counsel

- Assist in regular assessment proceedings

- To ascertain that GST compliance is done as per companies issued SOP and GST law

- Guiding Team & other verticals for GST related challenges and Compliances

MVAT :

- Appearance in MVAT Open litigation hearing independently as well as along with legal counsel

- Preparation of MVAT documents and data as per litigation requirements

Professional Tax :

- Filing of Monthly Professional Tax returns & Payment

- PT Compliances and assessment if any.

Other :

- SAP Knowledge

- Expert in Excel and PPT
