SUMMARY

This position is a category manager positon, required to run the category Biz Model for Accessories & Wearables in Exclusive brand stores. This person will be responsible for driving Sell through and Sell out of accessories /Wearables portfolio for Exclusive channel. He will be responsible for all the activities required to drive business of the above categories & for managing this business in Exclusive channel. Person should be well versed with managing category Business in past preferably in Consumer durable industry.

JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for end to end activities relating to sellout & Sell thru for accessories & wearables for Entire exclusive channel.

- Plan visibility elements for category enhancement in stores - In-shop branding, Display fixtures

- Track Business - Assign monthly targets to sales team and track achievement. Highlight concern areas to regions for improving business Push sales team to ensure regular billing by channel partners and ensure there is no stock outs

- Plan sellout schemes and ensure timely liquidation of stocks before new product launch

- Communicate guidelines of execution, to SIEL regional teams, channel partners.

- Coordinate with stakeholders in HO for finalization & approval of various business initiatives

- Plan offers to leverage this category to drive sellout in Exclusive stores

- Coordinate with sales team to ensure smooth rollout as per guidelines and within TAT.

- Liasoning with HQ / Vendors for driving initiatives / Reporting etc

- Define hygiene check parameter to monitor display in stores through external agency.

KEY RESULT AREAS

- Support regions in maximizing in Accessories & ME Business to improve channel partner profitability and revenues

- Develop & execute retail campaign activities

- Plan marketing campaigns around category through the year to drive sellouts
