Responsibilities :

- Management of Samsung estore's marketplace partners

- Strategizing and executing projects to improve estore's fulfillment and supply chain practices

- Analysis of global practices in Operation and implementation of the same within Samsung Shop

- Overseeing Samsung estore's logistics operations

- Managing various logistics partners

- Contract drafting and negotiations with our various vendors and service providers

- Monitoring real-time service levels and schedule adherence

- Performing ad-hoc analysis based on business needs

Desired Skills :

- Relevant work experience of 2-5 years in Operations

- Ecommerce Operations/Logistics work experience would be a huge plus

- Excellent thought process in terms of real-life problem solving

- Strong academic and professional credentials with a proven track record or outstanding achievements

- MBA from reputed institutions
