2) Job Description:
(1) Monthly tax provision including deferred tax computation
(2) Preparation and timely closure of various monthly and quarterly statutory direct tax compliances
(3) Support statutory auditors for Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing Audit
(4) Preparation of Corporate Tax Return, Advance Tax computation, etc.
(5) Co-ordination with consultants, research and preparation of submissions, etc. for tax litigation matters (Corporate Tax and Transfer Pricing)
(6) Research and technical analysis of proposed business transactions
(7) Analysis / review of business agreements / arrangements, and day-to-day support for business queries
(3) Experience
Working experience in SAP
Chartered Accountant of 4-5 years of post qualification work experience preferably from Big4 or similar industry with good technical and analytical skills
