CRM Campaign Management and execution

Role objective: Enhancing customer life cycle by engaging with the customer through various touch points. Add value to the customer & organisation by focusing on increasing repeat & cross sell

Responsibilities -

- Conceptualize and execute CRM campaigns with the objective of driving repeat consumer business

- Establish a customer management & relationship system using technology to deliver relevant, personalized consumer experience across touch points

- Implement CRM strategy to increase engagement from existing customers, managing trigger-based communication for optimal customer conversion in the funnel.

- Develop, evaluate, monitor and report CRM/retention KPIs and metrics to ensure successful tracking of campaigns, programs and services.

- Leverage technology to analyze rich consumer activity information and devise best practices to impact real time business goals through creative online solutions

- To design and execute marketing communications along with creative agencies

- Liaison with team of resources to manage the CRM and Emailing solutions/ software, databases and analytics around the same.

- Develop plans including creative strategies, communication strategies, offer strategies, media tactics, and expense allocation.

- Work with cross functional teams to implement integrated programs. Mentor, coach and groom the team in terms of learning resulting in team's development and team engagement
