Samsung - Key Account Manager - Modern Trade (2-6 yrs)
Job Description:
- Responsible for achieving business targets at category level (Entertainment and Home Appliances)
- Promote and improve sales, visibility and availability of Samsung products with Organized Channel Partners (Reliance Digital, Croma, Vijay Sales)
- Plan, develop and implement effective placement of Samsung products in the market
- Key account management, retail visibility audits and channel alignment with organization objectives
- Work closely with Sell-in team for demand planning, Pricing, Promotions and product placement
- Performance improvement of Sales team by identifying and measuring key metrics
- New product launch and managing product life cycle
- Effectively co-create and manage marketing communication
- Work closely with service function for effective after-sales support of customers
- Educate Partner regarding Samsung policies, directions, schemes etc. from time to time
