This position is required to maximize brand share and achieve the monthly sales figures and ensure smooth execution of the IT & Mobile business (mobile phones of entry level, mid level & high end segment) .

(A) Business KPI:- SRD wise Secondary target achievement. - SRD wise Tertiary target achievement. - SRD wise WOD/SP WOD ach. - SOFS Input, FA & RTF scores. - SRD investment & business health (ROI). - Maintain Stock commitment ratio as per Norms

(B) SRD Management:- Distribution Roadmap - New Appointment /Replacement & Conversion. - Financial capability Assessment - Net Investment - Stock as per SCR norms - Market Credit norms ; Upload of market OS at SRD/retailer level - Quarterly SRD Profitability Review. - Shikhar Score Tracking - 25% of the SRD to be in Platinum & Gold. - SRD Monthly Review / R&R Program. - Town wise / Tier wise coverage - 100% town coverage till Tier 6A.

(C) SOFS & System & Processes:- Input Rate / Forecast Accuracy Planning & monitoring for 8 weeks. - SOFS input rate to be in line with tertiary plan for SRD. - SRD /SCM Manager regular training on SOFS progress. - SRD Stock audit - once a month. - Smart Dost Adherence-Coverage and Attendance (D) FOS Management:-- Manpower norms adherence SRD wise. - Driving - Champions Club- . - OLBM before 6th of every month. - FOS Monthly Reward & Recognition Program. - FOS Training - Once in a quarter to be done by training team.

Should have good sales and distribution experience.

- 3 to 4 years of prior experience in Channel & Distribution Management.

- Excellent Relationship Management skills.

- Highly Motivated, positive attitude and work ethics desired.

- Excellent field knowledge & networking skills. - Excellent analytical and competitor tracking skills.

- Update on Industry trends. Planning & execution skills.

- Knowledge of Basics of Business and Financial Management.

- Knowledge of Pricing and Product Positioning.
