Samsung - Community Manager (2-7 yrs)
Key Objectives of the Position :
1. Responsible for managing the community platform ensuring an increase in user-base and maximum engagement
2. Develop and execute digital and offline campaigns and manage multiple stakeholders
Key Tasks - Areas of Responsibility :
- Lead the marketing operations and content strategy for App .
- Manage Agency, moderators, influencers and community members
- Managing community initiatives designed to develop engagement
- Creating and managing the content strategy on the platform
- Executing related marketing activities - push notifications, mailers, external digital etc.
- Planning and Leading events
- Develop budgets, forecasts, metrics and measures. Monitor and evaluate the results
