Samsung - Assistant Manager - Video Commerce - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (1-5 yrs)
1. JOB PURPOSE :
Responsible for planning and executing Live commerce in accordance to brand guidelines and within the stipulated cost and time parameters. The key is to take complete ownership of this function and establish Samsung as the most Aspirational Premium Brand in its business category through innovation.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Accountabilities :
- Work closely with multiple depts. eStore marketing, product team, Media buying, CRM, influencer, PR team for 360 degree planning, execution and amplification of live commerce event
- Create quarterly/ half yearly/yearly Live commerce event calendar by co-working with Business team stakeholders
- Interdepartmental alignment and coordination for finalizing Product and exciting consumer offers for each event
- Prepare business plan & kpis for each Live commerce event - traffic , conversions and sellout
- Coordinate with Agency & internal stakeholders for Live commerce events- on Creatives, Media planning , Scripting, Customer journey, etc
- Responsible for coordinating smooth event execution- Tech, Platform, Shooting , ORM, Live Chat, etc
- Responsible for securing budgets for the activity from concerned stakeholders
- Responsible for driving innovation as Live commerce is a New sales and engagement platform
- Benchmark other brands/ countries doing live commerce and implement best practices to help constantly evolve live commerce content and overall execution
3. INTERACTIONS :
- Interaction with Agency, Sales , Product and Marketing Teams at HO
- Business Support Stakeholders: Finance, PMG (Procurement), Legal, vendors
4. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE :
Educational Qualifications, Experience :
- MBA from premiere institute
- 3-5 years' experience in online category management, sell out, video commerce , etc
