PURPOSE OF POSITION

CA- Mandatory

To manage Outsourced Audit Partners and carry out audit of various Processes and manage action plans against approved management recommendations on audit observations. Also provide regular MIS, Dashboard and Audit Tracker for management review.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Outsourced Audits:

1. Planning reviews through outsourced audit partner

2. Preparation of Audit Calendar and initiate its approval

3. Review of quality of audits under process and ensure deliverables

4. Fulfilling data requirement of outsourced audit team from time to time

5. Review of final reports received from audit partners and raising approvals for actions

6. Executive Summary of Audit Reports for management review

7. Improvements in processes coming out of audit observations

8. Training and guidance to outsourced team on Samsung Service Processes.

Process Audits:

1. Audit data downloading from system viz. GMP, GCIC and CS Portal.

2. Data analysis and identification of exceptions, if any.

3. Carrying out process audits as per approved calendar.

4. Discussion of observations with service partner, ASM or CS Functional Owner and capturing their comments and action plan with timelines.

5. Preparation of Audit Report.

6. Documentation of audit reports and supporting documents - Soft Copy & Hard Copy.

7. Audit Action Follow-up and timely implementation.

8. Audit Tracker & MIS.
