Roles & Responsibilities : - Interacts with business to understand the training needs and ties up with external partners to meet these needs - Develops content for behavioral/leadership/soft skills trainings - Is a confident facilitator - Ensures the desirable ambience and set up of the training room with all the required training aids. - Ensures program information sharing with the trainer, all participants and other stakeholders. - Manages the Pre and Post - assessment of the participants, as and when applicable. - Monitors to ensure that the program progresses as planned. Educational Qualification : - MBA with B.E/B.Tech (Preferred) - Minimum 60% throughout Work experience : 4 to 6 years Necessary skills : - Should be a self starter and motivated to drive initiatives - Should possess good Communication and interpersonal skills - Should have sound knowledge of MS excel, Power point and Publisher
