- Perform to identify the pay level of market or other companies in the same business category through survey and analyze the current position of the company.
- Draft appropriate pay level strategies that fit the company's policy.
- Work towards determining & reviewing (if required) the ratio of fixed pay, variable pay, benefits, etc.
- Work towards determining the pay structure (if required)
- Perform Sales Incentive analysis & provide insights to the management with a view to make it more effective.
- Perform on/off-boarding of employees in various health and/or retirement benefit programs.
- Perform the benchmarking of company benefit programs in line with those of competitors and employee needs; draft recommendations/proposals for benefit modifications.
- Perform the maintenance and update of all benefit documentations including, but not limited to policies.
- Prepare communication programs and provide support to employees regarding benefit-related queries.
