- Qualification B.E/B.Tech - Agriculture/Mechanical/Automobile

- DME - Mechanical/Automobile

- Minimum 3 years of Tractor Sales experience is mandatory

- Responsible for Tractor Sales in the given Territory

- To improve the Market share of the Company

- Responsible for Network development / Dealer Development

- Identifying new Dealers, appointment of new dealer

- Conduct Road shows and campaigning
