1. Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales target by the brand 2. Lead, develop & drive growth strategies and plans for the brand 3. Responsible for the end to end P&L of the brand 4. Developing New Sales Channels for the Brand in Offline Retail (EBO's, MBO's) and Online Channels(D2C, Ecommerce) 5. Improve the ROI for Online Sales through the D2C Channels, Ecommerce Channels etc. 6. Improve the ROI for Offline Retail; EBO's and MBO's 7. Improve Profits by improving the fixed costs, margins and other costs 8. Manage profit and loss statement of the vertical across all channels 9. Build and large opportunity sales pipeline , funnel management and revenue projections 10. Manage and Motivate Stakeholders for each of the Sales Channels and drive high performance from the stakeholders 11. At least 6 years of Core Sales Experience 12. Sales Experience in Fashion/ Retail/ Ecommerce is a must
