POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge Preferred:

Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience and / or knowledge in any sector in any of the following areas:

- Domain Expertise: Functional knowledge or Industry experience in one or more financial industry domains including Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Mortgage, Insurance Industry and other related financial domains

- Salesforce: Experience in delivering large or complex Salesforce/Financial Services Cloud implementations in a global environment, defining and institutionalizing best practices as they relate to the adoption of the Salesforce/CRM platform

- Digital Transformation in Financial Industry: Demonstrated business expertise across the end-to-end commercial lending lifecycle spanning sales, origination, fulfillment, servicing, and portfolio management.

- Sales Process: Sales & channel Go-to-Market strategy, good understanding of finance industry sales process

- Customer Strategy: Customer segmentation, Customer lifetime value management, Experience Strategy, Human-centered design and design thinking, Journey mapping, Operating model development, Value proposition development

Skills Preferred:

Candidates should be able to demonstrate extensive management consulting abilities within a project team that includes the following:

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, object customization, data model and page layouts, building automation using process builder, workflows, flows

- Strong research and hypothesis based problem-solving abilities

- Experience in developing scope and defining backlog items and user stories, working in an Agile environment

- Excellent verbal, written, & presentation skills with the ability to design / develop innovative and compelling content

- Excellent organizational skills and must be able to work independently with limited guidance as well as in a highly collaborative, team- based environment

- Networking and relationship building with external and internal clients, industry leaders, and prospects

at executive, director, and staff level

- Salesforce certification is an added advantage

Educational Background:

MBA in Sales / Marketing / Strategy/Banking & Finance from a premium B-School
