POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge Preferred:

Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience and / or knowledge in any sector in any of the following areas:

- Sales Transformation: Sales & channel Go-to-Market strategy, Lead to Cash, Sales operations, Sales force strategy and effectiveness, Sales automation, Sales organization design and people

- Oracle CX Ecosystem: Experience in delivering Oracle CPQ/CX engagements in a global environment, focussed on the adoption of the Oracle/CRM platform

- Customer Strategy: Customer segmentation, Customer lifetime value management, Experience Strategy, Human-centered design and design thinking, Journey mapping, Operating model development, Value proposition development

Skills Preferred:

Candidates should be able to demonstrate extensive management consulting abilities within a project team that includes the following:

- Demonstrates proven ability to work with the Business Architect and/or Product Manager to translate the customer requirements into a working solution

- Has working knowledge and ability to incorporate lead to cash and sales transformation

- Manages and communicates with the development team to design and implement solutions with a focus on adhering to industry leading practices

- Functional understanding and exposure to Oracle Customer Experience ecosystem including but not limited to Sales, Service, CPQ and Billing processes

- Ability to understand, analyze, document and solve both explicit and implicit requirements

- Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams and manage projects and practice initiatives simultaneously

- Leverages analytical skills with the ability to translate complex problems into simple and actionable tasks

- Has strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well in a highly collaborative, team- based environment

- Hands on experience working on Oracle platforms would be preferred

Educational Background:

MBA in Sales / Marketing / Strategy from a premium B-School

Systems - Oracle Cloud Implementation Certifications in CX Sales, B2B Service, Customer Data Management, CPQ, Field Service would be an added bonus

- Travel Requirements: Travel to client locations may be required as per project requirements.

Past experience in management consulting and exposure to multinational environment will be an added bonus
