The company is currently hiring for the role of Salesforce Practice Leader based out of Bangalore.

Job Description:

- Head CRM function with the aim of improving customer experience through better quality of deliverables

- Engage in practice development, operations and business delivery

- Provide strategic leadership along with short & long term vision and plans for the Salesforce team addressing issues such as delivery excellence, reuse, high risk programs, quality standards etc.

- Develop overall models, tools and action plans for all service offerings

- Achieve business objectives by setting up goals & targets for the team

- Drive end to end proposal delivery process and manage partnerships and alliances within the Salesforce team

- Oversee the Training and Hiring of Certified salesforce Personnel

The Successful Applicant:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree from relevant background

- Minimum 16 years of experience.

- Proven expert level abilities to form strategy and convey it to different stakeholders

- Someone with excellent transformation and consulting background

- Excellent leadership qualities.

- Stakeholder management skills.

- Team management skills.

- Strong Interpersonal Skills
