Salesforce Leader - IT (10-14 yrs)
Location - Gurgaon
The Salesforce Leader will be responsible for providing the required technical leadership on developing company's Salesforce platform critical to business growth. Target candidate should be a highly motivated, result-oriented Salesforce Leader who would be responsible to lead the Salesforce capability
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own Salesforce platform and having experience of building and managing development teams delivering high quality enterprise solution
- Contributes to the strategic vision and integrates a broad range of ideas Salesforce and provide roadmap of Enterprise level Salesforce program to the organization
- Keeping in mind business & financial factors, Design a technical architecture solution that may span multiple platforms and include integration. Have the acumen to propose alternative solutions as well.
- Articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for a technical architecture
- Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce
- Ensuring optimization of all 3rd party interactions including custom apps, development engagements for maximum business benefit and Data Migration/Mapping
- Be able to produce prototype configuration in SFDC/Force.com/Chatter as part of the design phase
- Lead resolution of technical issues, to ensure architecture integrity is maintained. Participate in program steering committee meetings & executive meetings.
- Ability to understand the business requirements and converting them into a detailed solution
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
An engineering graduate with 10 to 14 yrs experience.
- A very robust knowledge of Salesforce.com and deep experience adapting it to various business needs
- Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds
- A strong architectural background to guide the optimal evolution of the company's enterprise architecture
- Robust communication and collaboration skills as this position will require coordination with multiple individuals across business functions, at all levels of seniority, in both business and technical roles
- Experience designing and implementing new Salesforce objects, workflow rules, custom layouts, and other standard Salesforce customizations
- Experience designing, coding, and implementing APEX code (Triggers, Classes, Components, etc), Visualforce components, SOQL statements, and other advanced Salesforce customizations
- Have thorough understanding of OOP, design patterns, and enterprise application integration.
- Must be Salesforce Certified
