Our Client is the world's largest brand manufacturer and exporter in their segment. They are a billion dollar top line company and India's first integrated company with a comprehensive product chain.
As the Salesforce Consultant, you will be working very closely with the field force and area heads to enhance sales team effectiveness. You will be rolling out technology initiatives across the sales team in order to up-skill the function and drive business growth and achievement of targets.
What you will do:
- Spearheading sales force automation (Pan India) for general trade business
- Being the go-to market/go-to sales leaders and ensuring that Salesforce automation is being effectively implemented by the sales team
- Partnering with Area heads for new market penetration
- Building capability for new product launches with Field-force training
- Partnering with vendors for running the system
- Introducing processes that could yield higher sales performance
- Working with the vendors and sales team to increase their efficiency in terms of reducing time in backend formalities
- Resource optimization for higher performance
- Working on sales strategy with area heads to coverage larger territory and geography
What you need to know/have:
- MBA in Sales and Marketing with demonstrable experience of 7-12 years
- Should have good understanding of salesforce automation
- Exposure in Salesforce s/w is a great plus
- Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
- Strong communications and organizational skills
- Flexible for moderate travel - Pan India
