Skills/Activities (All skills are not mandatory) - a) Direct customer facing and delivery experience in a consulting role b) Experience in architecting & presenting multi cloud Salesforce Platform or Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) solutions. c) Experience with Salesforce solution design, development, and integration d) Knowledge of Salesforce relevant development technologies such as APEX, SOQL, Lightning Component, SQL, JavaScript and HTML. Knowledge in Vlocity technologies like Omnistudio, Omniscripts e) Experience in release management/DevOps/ Experience in setting up CI/CD for development. f) Experience in leading consultative engagements with client on the technical challenges related to their digital transformation initiatives g) Experience in Conducting customer workshop and transforming business requirement into process flow, user stories and acceptance criteria h) Exposure to pre-sales cycle - Solution, Sizing & Contracting. i) Good domain and industry skills. Telecommunication background would be preferred. Prior experience in Quote to Order process will be added advantage j) Ability to provide functional solutions based on client requirements k) Exposure to integration patterns and experience in architecting SF integrations. Responsibilities a) Support in pre-sales activities - Estimation, Sizing, Solution Design b) Part of consulting engagements/discovery sessions to drive requirements & solution c) Provide oversight and guidance to delivery projects. d) Lead some aspect of the practice's internal activities, supporting the practice manager's initiatives. e) Review project deliverables for compliance to best practices f) Design and solution complex, multi-cloud Salesforce and/or Vlocity solutions g) Consult customers on best practices from a technology & domain perspective h) Strategize, Conceptualize and design industry & technical solutions/accelerators on the Salesforce Industries/Vlocity platform for faster go to market
