Job Role:
- This is a Regional profile.
- Responsible for conducting online & offline training for Chennai & entire South.
- Should be willing to travel Pan-India to conduct training in case of requirement.
- Conduct training for MFDs, National Distributors, Banks, employees, etc. across the country.
- Conduct Soft Skills, Behavioural, Business Development, Product training, Equity & Debt market training, etc.
- Should be able to amplify reach through our YouTube channel.
- Should be able to conduct Training Need Analysis with distributors & sales teams across the country and come up with modules relevant to the industry and current times.
- Should be able to support content creation.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of exposure to mutual funds training is mandatory.
- At least 7+ years of BFSI training experience is required.
- Must be well-versed in Tamil, Malayalam & English. This is non-negotiable.
- Spoken language proficiency in Hindi would be an added advantage.
- Must be well-versed in training distributors as well as employees.
Educational qualifications:
- MBA- Marketing/ Finance
- NISM Mutual Funds V-A and XXI A certification is mandatory before joining.
