Sales Training - IT

We are handling a requirement for Sales Training for a leading IT organisation at Bangalore

Candidates Skills required :

- MBA/ PGDM with good experience in sales Training from IT sector handling IT products

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Collaboration with senior management to develop strategic training plans aligned to go-to-market strategies

- Deliver standard global and localised training programs

- Directs the activities of internal training

- Oversees the planning of course design, delivery, and support documentation. Ensures training program(s), resources and curriculum meet company and customer objectives

- Maintains communication with internal and/or external customers to ensure effectiveness of training

- Manages the coordination of the staffing and scheduling of training.
