Position: Sales Trainer

Location: Gurugram / Gurgaon

Job Responsibility:

1. Must have done Direct sales and have 5-7 years of Sales Experience with reputed organization

2. Must be a performer in sales and have a very successful track record of sales

2. Must have experience of HARD CORE SALES TRAINING and Sales Coaching

3. Atleast have worked on Regional role in Training

4. Total experience should have been more than 15 years with leading organization

5. Have some exposure in Induction training in corporate office

6. Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources

7. Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions

8. Must be Excellent in PowerPoint Presentation, preparing daily reports and different training tools.

This job requires Direct Training Delivery and not a team leading profile.
